Digital technologies and the retail revolution

This week we had the opportunity to attend David Kepron’s keynote that was part of Digital Signage week in New York. His work focuses on understanding consumer behavior and the creation of relevant shopping experiences at the intersection of sociology, neuroscience and emerging digital technologies.

Kepron is a recognised expert in the field and he is also the author of book: “Retail (r)Evolution: Why Creating Right- Brain Stores Will Shape the Future of Shopping in a Digitally Driven World,”. In the end, we had the opportunity to have a nice chat about the role of digital technologies in shaping the shopping experience of the future.
